Hi
I am using an Epson C8500 Post-script printer.

Whenever i print A4 post-script files such as from illustrator the printer rotates the print 90 degrees. If I print from acrobat it twists the print 90 degrees and shrinks the height to fit on the page.

It prints fine from all other programs (ie word or photoshop). A3 prints are also fine.

The problem has only started recently. I have tried resetting the printer bios as well as reinstalling ps with the latest ppd file. The PS rom version is 13366

PS - am printing on a network. the drivers are installed on a W2K server
