I found this link in the forums. Someone else on this forum had a similar problem - check out this link: Nancy Quist "Why is a .pdf file not the same as a tagged pdf file?" 4/6/04 6:23am If you find the Acropalm conduit as it describes and just copy into your Palm Conduits folder, I found it all just magically works.
