Gerry, I'm sure Chris may shed more light on this, but I suspect that the attachment PDF you're trying to read is not in tagged format. To read it on the Treo, you need to dwnld. the PDF to your desktop, run it thru the Adobe Reader for Palm OS desktop sw and then upload to your Treo. Hope this works. Rob
