I recently upgrade my iMac from 9.2.2 to Panther and likewise Reader for Palm to 3.0.5 and Reader 6.0 to both take advantage of OSX. I had installed files from the iMac to the Tungsten under 9.2.2 with no problem and can still read them even with the new programs. I am now translating files both from Reader for Palm directly as well as Send to Palm from Reader 6.0. Everything transfers well and the files appear on the Tungsten but when I try to view them I get the error 'Invalid PDF Document'. I have reinstalled all the programs on both the iMac as well as the Tungsten but still get the same error after transferring the files. I am lost!!

Timothy,
The above error must be coming for those files which you are sending "directly" to Palm. It is essential to take PDF files through Adobe Reader for Palm OS desktop component. The file gets processed and optimized for viewing on reader on device. Please see user guide for more details.

The files are being processed, meaning I drop them into Reader for Palm just as I did before or 'Send to Palm' from Reader 6.0 The conduit then sends them to the Tungsten and they appear in the Reader on the Tundsten. The problem, I think, is in the processing for the palm. I was hoping this was not an isolated case and there was a fix, I guess not.

Is there a way to capture these files for someone to analyze and see what the problem is?
