Ok, I have the latest version of Adobe Reader (6.0). I have Adobe Reader for Palm OS installed on my desktop and on my Palm. I also have Palm Desktop installed on my computer and there are no problems with my HotSync functions or my cradle. I am trying to activate DRM for my Palm. I log in with my MSN Passport and I see that my desktop has been activated. Every time I click on the "Activate Palm OS Device" button I get this error:

"Your Adobe software could not be activated. User's signature is invalid. Please Reactivate. Adobe DRM Activator error (server code 9). Fault Location: 3 Contact Customer Support."

HOWEVER, when I go to retrieve the support number for Acrobat ebook reader it tells me that there IS no support number, but they have this complimentary forum. So I scan through the topics and I cannot find anything relevant. I've reset my desktop and Palm, I've tried everything I can think. What now?? Tell me I didn't buy this ebook for nothing!
