Can anyone point me to layout, options, settings, guidelines, etc so that my PDF files are useful on a Palm or other PDF? I know that they must be "tagged PDF", but the tags don't help make a page that one can read without constant scrolling and other reader madness.

There's gotta be help somewhere,
