I'm having the same problem with my Palm Tungsten E2.

Most PDFs transfer perfectly; however, if I transfer a PDF from JSTOR, the cover page appears but everything else does not.

I would try to disable the "stylized text" setting, but I don't know where the "stylized text" setting is located.

I'd appreciate any advice.
