I don't believe it! This message has been on the forum for about seven days and no Adobe tech support person has chosen to answer. What gives. I wouldn't think this problem was unanswerable. The problem is real and I wanted an answer. Is Adobe trying to get us to pay those horrendous support prices? Then why the Forum? I have seen some tech support specialist lurking around the forum. Can anyone shed some light on this matter? Thanks again Wray
