I use Windows XP, i have uninstalled 6.0 and reinstalled 8.0. I got a PDF file emailed to me and it says "error damaged file". I forwarded this same email to other people and they open it fine. Microsoft declined to help. My computer tech is lost on this one. My webmail provider is also confused because he went into my email and opened the attachment with no problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please respond ASAP, for I get appraisals emailed in PDF daily. Thank you in advance. Blu SMith
