How do I set my preference so it won't open when I have no pdf files up? Let's face it, Acrobat is a memory hog. Everytime my system's running slow I open task manager to find a lovely Acrobat32.exe running in the background (using upwards of 40,000kb of memory!) when I've not opened it and my browser hasn't been anywhere near a pdf file! I'm tempted to remove it totally and get a 3rd party pdf reader. I don't like not having control of when an application opens nor the feeling that it sucking the life from my pc... can anyone help me disable this monster so it's the nice, sweet application that minds it's own business again? I don't like things running on their own when I've "told" them not to by shutting them down. That's way too invasive.
