Amen! Why is it that Adobe needs to restart my computer THREE TIMES to go from version 7.00 to 7.05 to 7.07 to 7.08? Who wrote this software? It's not like acrobat is some critical application, without which your computer would die. It should NEVER have to reboot your computer. It should be able to upgrade everything all at once. And on the off chance that anyone at Adobe is reading this: why is it impossible to email tech support? I have been surfing your webpage for 15 minutes and can find no way to contact anyone directly about a problem. That's totally unprofessional. All in all, this has been a terrible start to my morning and it makes me want to go pirate Adobe's more expensive products to get back at them. cheers, paul
