I'll go grab an update.

I noticed that when I clicked the "refresh page" link within the "Can not load webpage" error screen there would be a flash of the license agreement. After trying a couple dozen times, I was able to click the "accept" button in the instant between the loading of the license agreement and the error page.

I likely will not be able to duplicate the error condition to test a real fix.
