I have tried to both install directly from the website as well as download the .exe and install locally from it with and without "run as admin" and in all cases, the install appears to start and then just silently hang. When I look at Task Manager, nothing related appears in the Applications tab but in Processes I see "AbdeRdr80_en_us.exe with 0 CPU and 1164K memory. But it appears to be hung. Nothing shows up in installed programs. This is a clean Vista install with no prior version of Reader. Any ideas?
