1) Enable User Account Control NOPE - I have it enabled and same result. I just went through a disable and re-enable cycle, rebooting between each one. Same hang. 2) Create a new user account NOPE - The account I am using has admin rights but is NOT the default admin account. 3) Run files extracted from the installer NOPE - on step 4, the open file security warning is never displayed. It is hung before that point.
