Hi Patrick, You can definitely do this, ie create a link to the index (.pdx) from the main page. My problem is though, (which maybe related to yours as well) is that I have created a catalogue which is hyperlinked to the main page using Adobe 7 Professional. When I click on the hyperlink to the pdx file using Adobe Standard 6 or Adobe Professional v7 it works fine, (the search screen is displayed to the right of the screen with the index selected) but if I try and click on the hyperlink using Reader v 7, nothing happens. I have to manually select search and then choose an index. Any ideas? Is there a compatability problem here? Thanks, Glenn
