License Agreement won't load.

Whenever I open Adobe 8 the license agreement comes up but it's just a 404 page, I've tried turning off my firewall, my anti-virus, uninstall/reinstalling but it still keeps coming up 404, and I can't use the Reader. I'm on Windows XP MCE Rollup2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
