I have tried to download the 8 reader. It goes through al the set up and installations etc. As soon as I try to open a PDF file, i get an error message, asking me to send the info to microsoft.
Up untill a few weeks ago I was using PDF with no problem, then I was unable to download any PDF files, so I thought I would download the 8 again. Still no luck

Using Windows ME, aol browser.

any ideas

Many thanks
