I have created a MS Word mailmerge on my laptop for standard Avery 8160 labels and running Windows XP if that makes any difference. Saved it as a pdf file via Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0, took it to my office desktop computer (because it is connected to a printer) via a portable drive, opened the document through Adobe Reader, clicked on printer icon, selected "None" for page scaling and unchecked the "Fit to Page" check box. Still, the labels are slightly out of alignment. I've spent about 4 hours trying to find a solution to this on the internet with little help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
