I have pentium III Windows XP, IE 6.0. I downloaded Adobe Reader 8.0 from the Adobe website and it failed. Then I tried again but chose save instead. It is there on my desktop and when I right click and look at properties it is 15.8 MB. When I try to open it the message says "Extraction Failed closed without installing". The error code is 6717.545.01.2.10054. I read through FAQ's and knowledgebase help and perhaps I need a tool to unzip. I am currently working on that, any other ideas? Thanks.
