Could someone PLEASE, PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE help me? I recently had problems with my computer (Windows SP SP2 - IE 7) and had to delete some files to get back disk space. I must have deleted something that is needed to make Adobe work. I have spent countless hours researching and doing everything Adobe's troubleshooting website says to do. Nothing works. I have Adobe 6.0 and 7.0 already on my computer, but I can't get either one of them to work. I have tried numerous times to install 8.0. It will download, but when it tries to install, I get this message EVERY time "Error 1316.A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\Windows\Installer\Adobe Reader 7.0.7.msi". I am at my wit's end and don't have a clue as to what to do. I really need this to work because I am constantly receiving pdf files. Thanks to anyone that could help me.
