Hope someone can help with this cause I've got big problems here ... I have loads of forms which all have submit buttons on them. Previously in version 7 when you hit the submit button you were offered the chance to save the data in the form as a .fdf file, instead of emailing it straight to the recipient. The .fdf. could be re-opened whenever you needed to alter the data on the form. Now in version 8 the submit button just opens up my mail client and doesn't give me the opportunity to simply save the form. The help docs describe the functionality as exactly the same as it used to be in Version 7, but it definitely does not work the way it describes. Does anyone know how I can save a the data in a filled in form as an .fdf file like I could in Version 7?
