PDF form NOT printable from AcrobatReader 8

When I load the following form into Acrobat Reader 8 and then trying to print it then it is NOT possible. Even when I do not fill in any new data!

Why ?

Do I have to switch an option ?

pdf form (ignore possible line wraps):
