Dave -- I'm not sure my problem is the same as yours, but every time I go on line I get an Adobe Update Manager box with the following message: "Adobe Update Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience...." When I go to Adobe Update, they don't give me an update but rather the same damn message box. Any suggestions, anyone? Thanks.
