I have been trying unsuccessfully to download any version of Adobe REader, but am having no success. I keep getting this message: Error 1402. Could not open key: UNKNOWN\AcroExch.XFDDoc\shell. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key. I also cannot uninstall a version or reader for the same reason. The message pops up during the unistall operation. Need Help!!!! Just so you know I had a previous version of reader on my computer, and it will not work citing the same reason.
