Is there a plugin to export JPEG picture files in Acrobat Reader 8.0? I use Photoshop Elements 3.0 to create PDF picture slideshows to send via an email attachment. In PDF reader 7.0.8, users could export these photos as individual JPEG files through a 'Picture Tasks' plugin. In version 8.0 I do not see this option at all.
