thank you for your excellent help all of you!!!
my problem has been solved finally
seems that the problem was insufficient disk space and one use of
the excellent software ccleaner has cleared enough space in my HD for the installation to work and Claudio i will consider your offer
to upgrade my computer Although i'm very pleased as it is now
and all of you have saved me a 39$ for adobe's paid support
