I am using XP professional and I am trying to install Adobe Reader 8. I have 2 hard drives,C&D. When I run Adobe Reader 8 on C Or D drive it starts to install and then stops. I get this message: Internal Error 2330.23, D:\ ProgramFiles\Adobe\Acrobat7.0\Reader\Browser. When I place the the cursor over Program file on Drive D: it says it is empty and when I open it, a box opens and says there is no disk in Drive D. Drive D:is unformated, Do you wish to format Drive D. I click no because I am afraid if I click yes my D drive will be formatted and I will lose all my work. When I try to delete the Program file I am asked, Do you want to delete the Program file and and send all of its contentsto the recycle bin? When I click yes I get, cannot delete program file or its directory path.-- I have removed all Acrobat 6, 7, 8 that I could find on my computer. Need help bad. Thanks, A J
