When I attach a PDF document to an email in Entourage, the email received by the recipient shows the first page of the PDF document in the body of the email. This is confusing when there is more than one page in the PDF document, as the recipient may ignore the attachment and read only what is displayed in the body of the email, thereby missing pages 2, 3, etc. How do I disable the automatic display of page 1 in the body of the email?
