I have one user who opens a pdf document stored on a network drive and the document properties for page size displays 14 X 11. Any other user who opens the same document and displays the properties shows the correct size at 8.5 X 14. All users are using the same version of adobe reader, 7.08 from a citrix server. Any idea why this may be happening. I have already checked the windows regional settings and reinstalled the printer.
