"Copies Value not set must be positive Value" I get this message when my employees try to print, it is not all of them but a select few. All computers are the same here, running IE6 and when they are viewing the documents to print (Generally 4 pages) they are sending them to my fax server to be faxed out. Problem is when they try to "Print" they get that message. I have learned that by going to the "Properties" menu, and NOT change anything just press okay, it seems to work. What could be causing that, we are not changing any values, just simply going into the properties menu and pressing okay! Has this happened to anyone?
