Help! Adobe Reader 7.08 returns the error "Internal error occurred" when you try to open it on a workstation that has it's application data folder and start menu redirected to a shared directory by group policies. Has anyone seen this problem before? It seems clear that Adobe Reader is trying to write files somewhere and is unable to.

Does anyone know what files Adobe Reader has to write to be able to open? Can I just copy those files to the Application Data folder on the share?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Trish
