Read Out Loud feature in Reader 8.0

Hi,

Now that I have Adobe Reader up and running again I am curious about its 'Read Out Loud' feature.

As a refresher I am running a Compaq Presario AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3300+, 2411MHz/960 RAM, running Windows Xp Home Sp#2, with IE7.

Is there an easy way to see if this feature will work on my computer and if so, how would I go about setting it up?
