When I click VIEW-TOOLBARS-MORE TOOLS , it shows the options bar ,and when I choose "comment and murkup toolbar" , it says that-"it only available when document rights are enable"?! what does it mean? how can I operate this option? I have only the acrobat reader 8 in my computer , are this options available only in the full app. thanks for your reply.
