When I try to use the horizontal or vertical scroll bars in AR 8, a new off-center page opens up, and it cannot be closed or used. I am using IE7. I have changed the views and still the only way I can navigate a page is by using the left hand side page thumbnail pages.
I uninstalled and re-downloaded AR8 and still have the same problem.
