When opening a .pdf in Reader 7.0 I get a dialogue box titled "Content Preparation Progress" which then states, "Please wait while the document is being prepared for reading." Is there a way to disable this from popping up? It's very annoying when I open a multiple page .pdf waiting for the program to go page by page which sometimes takes a while. Thanks.
