I seem to recall that the toolbar in 8.0 that has the icons for Open, Print, Save, Find, etc. was default after installation. However, after I played around with the settings it's never come back automatically, only manually, even though what I thought was it, Page Navigation, is checked in Preferences > Full Screen. What am I missing? Thanks.
