I have recently installed Reader v8.0 as I thought I had a problem with v7.0 over not being able to print odd or even pages. The option is completely greyed out (along with the PostScript options) for my printer which is a brand new Brother MFC-240C. I have XP Home and have recently just rebuilt my computer. I can select the ability to print odd/even pages within MS Word (not this document) so it seems the problem is Adobe related. The document is a FOpen PDF file from TestKing. Is it somehow locked not to print? I have had to run the foClientInstaller fix to read the document. Any clues as to why this may be?
