Are you using IE7? If so make sure your not using the Beta version. If you go to Help > About Internet Explorer, the Build number listed should be 7.0.5730.11, if not then you have the beta version of IE7, and need to update to the release version of IE7 (or the update to the release version didn't install correctly).
