There's really no concern but, if you want to get rid of them, simply do a "Find" and search for Reader. Dump anything that specifies version 7. But really, they don't take up any room and they won't be used again. If you want it REALLY easy, you can always download "AppZapper". <http://www.appzapper.com/>
