Just went through the process of setting folder options to open pdf files with Adobe 8.0. When I get an email with a pdf attachment, the attachment icon changes to the Adobe 8 symbol but when I click on the attachment, I get a message that there is no associated program. I can open the attachment but to do so, I have to drag it to my desktop and it will then right click and Open With Adobe. It was doing the same with earlier versions of Adobe Reader. I am using Outlook Express as an email application. Any suggestions?
