Error 1334, NOT able to 'Upgrade' 7.08 on Notebook due to missing/corrupted file

Hi:
I purchsed the Compaq Notebook Presario C306US with Windws XP Media a week ago.

This morning, I attempted to 'upgrade' from 7.07 that came with the Notebook to '7.08.' However, I am NOT able to upgrade as an error message popping up in the middle of the screen:

"Error 1334,. The file read 0700Win_ENU Yahoo0010 pdg' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinetfile 'Data 1 cab.' This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or problem with this package."

How to fix this problem in order to 'upgrade' to 7.08?
