I am having the same problem. Also with adobe 7.0 I just get the message: there was an error while loading the plug-in 'accessibility.api'. The plug-in failed to initialize. upon starting the program. It has been working fine for about 8 months. Installing the suggested updates brought about the problem. I searched the adobe web-site for a clue, without result. So now what?
