Dear Graffiti: Thanks for your innovative suggestion! I loaded the FTP installer but after trying to open it I received this mssage: "To run this program one of the following operating systems . . . is required: MacOS 10.4.3 (or later)." Alas, my iBook only goes up to OS 10.3.9. Do you know how I can get direct support from Adobe? Thanks again.
