A document I created (using InDesign and Acrobat Professional) has a "no security restrictions" setting. I assume this means that commenting is allowed. However, when Reader 8 loads the document, Document Properties says "Commenting not allowed," and it won't display the text markup tool bar. I don't have this problem with Reader 7. How do I make Reader 8 recognize "no security restrictions"?
