I used the Installer Cleanup Utility. I went to my program files' Adobe folder, and inside I found three folders, Acrobat 6.0, Acrobat 7.0, and an empty folder named "{AC76BA86-0000-0000-7AC5-6028747ADE00}." I figured that since you said to remove anything in the program files that was "any version[s] of Reader and/or Acrobat," I would just delete the entire Adobe folder. I right-clicked and hit delete, and I got another error that said, "Cannot delete AcroIEhelper.dll: It is used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using this file and try again." Problem is, I'm not aware that I'm running any other programs. Next suggestion?

Ryan
