I need to print a document in grayscale but when I choose black and white it still prints color. Also I have a dropshadow effect that doesn't print right either. It prints as a solid square block in the shape of the text frame. If I open the document using acrobat 5 I can print to black and white and drop shadows just fine. I'm printing to a Phaser 860 but these seems like a software problem to me.
