Problem with uninstall

Hello!
I hope anyone could help me. I make a wrong uninstall of Adobe Acrobat Reader 7. I uninstalled, then I removed some files manually, I made a Windows System Restore... and then the uninstallation from Reader did not work properly.

Now I can't reinstall Adobe 7 because said that this version is already installed. I can't install Adobe 8 because said that there was an older version which can't be removed...

I have tried CCleaner and Cleanse Uninstaller without success. Same problem.

I made a registry cleaning with TuneUp utilities and still the same. On my Windows register there are 200 entries about Acrobat 7 but I don't want to remove then manually because I don't know how to lead with Windows Registry. What can I do?
