can I read illustrator files with this viewer. For most of our users all they need is to just view the file.

Too bad illustrator comes from adobe. adobe is one of the worst customer service companies I have ever experienced. Their web site is totally hosed, their phone support is non-existant, even their retailers can't get into them. This is basically the worst company I have ever dealt with. If they didn't have the software I needed I wouldn't even open their mail. If there is a different program I could find I would not even speak to anyone that used this software- but I am stuck with this incompetent company.
