Blank (empty) PDF file in Adobe Reader 8.1 but fine in Foxit Reader

I have this very strange problem.

At this site:
 <http://360holding.se/index.php?option=com_phocadownload&view=category&id=4>:press-releases&Itemid=59

When I click at the PDF-file-link at the very top all is fine.

But for all the others, when the file opens in Adobe Reader 8.1 they come up empty - or rather all the text is missing - all you can see is a top logo.

BUT when I open the same files in Foxit Reader all is fine!

Any idea why and what it would take to solve the problem?
