After upgrading Acrobat 6 Standard to Acrobat 7 Pro on an XP based work station, the following issue manifests. After converting an Excel document to .pdf the default printer (HP2100 connected locally) is ignored and the HP7400 (accessed via network) is used instead, additionally the system default printer (HP2100) is changed to the HP7400 in the process. Resetting the default printer to the HP2100 works fine until another Excel document is created and printed thus starting the cycle all over again. Any ideas on keeping the default printer intact ?
